In most cases, yes. As the hosting account holder, you can access the files and database even without WordPress access. Everything else can be resolved from there.
What do you need from me?
SFTP or SSH access, database access and an administrator account in WordPress. If you are locked out, the first two are sufficient. As the account holder, you can get what you are missing from your host, and I will tell you on the phone what to ask for.
How does remote collaboration work?
You provide me with SFTP or SSH, database access and an administrator account. I work through them and call you as soon as I know what is going on. An in-person appointment is not necessary for the cleanup because the work takes place on the server anyway.
Waiting makes cleanup more complicated
Whether your site is in Berlin, the surrounding area or somewhere else entirely makes no difference to the work. The work is carried out via server access, and that is equally accessible from anywhere.
