Initial assessment
Before the contract starts, I check the software version, access credentials, backups and any apparent security issues. Any necessary work on the existing installation is agreed in advance.
Setup
Backups, monitoring and notifications are set up in accordance with the agreed scope of services.
Regular operation
I carry out updates and checks and inform you about relevant findings, changes or decisions that need to be made.

- All prices are plus 19 % VAT.
- For work on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, a one-time weekend flat rate of €100 is charged.
- The agreed response and restoration times apply Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- The restoration period begins as soon as all required access credentials are available.
- I will clarify the effort required for multiple websites in one installation, multisite systems and WooCommerce shops with ongoing orders before starting. Additional costs will be agreed before commissioning.

Yes. The necessary access credentials and an initial assessment before the start of ongoing support are required.
What happens if there is an existing infection?
If an existing infection is detected during the initial assessment, it will be cleaned up before support starts. I will agree the required scope with you before beginning.
