How does remote collaboration work?
You provide me with SFTP or SSH, database access and an administrator account. I work through them and call you as soon as I know what is going on. An in-person appointment is not necessary for the cleanup because the work takes place on the server anyway.
Can the infection come back?
Not via the same route, because that route is closed. However, new vulnerabilities keep emerging. Anyone who does not want to monitor this themselves is better served by ongoing support from 65 € per month; cleanup is included in the event of an emergency.
