I was commissioned by ADDIX from Kiel to migrate an existing website to a modern and easy-to-use content management system. The previous CMS was sluggish, difficult to maintain and offered only limited possibilities for a contemporary presentation on different devices. The goal was to significantly improve the system’s ease of maintenance, performance, security and maintainability as a whole.

I installed the new CMS, migrated the existing content, configured all the required plug-ins and properly adjusted URLs and redirects. I also created an up-to-date sitemap and initially reviewed the new instance in a staging environment within ADDIX’s internal infrastructure before the website went live.

The result is a modern, stable and efficiently maintainable website that delivers content noticeably faster and more reliably while enabling an optimised user experience. The collaboration with ADDIX was characterised by clear communication, fast processes and a high level of technical precision.

The client is especially pleased with the result.
